Gangster Aditya Jain: आदित्य जैन लंबे समय से राजस्थान पुलिस की रडार पर था, लेकिन वह हर बार बच निकलता था। जब भी प्रदेश में किसी को धमकी भरे फोन आते, जांच की कड़ी अंततः टोनी तक जाती। लेकिन उसकी विदेश में लोकेशन और हाई-टेक सिस्टम के चलते गिरफ्तारी नहीं हो पा रही थी।

राजस्थान में रंगदारी की धमकी और फायरिंग की घटनाओं के मामले में एंटी गैंगस्टर टास्क फोर्स (एजीटीएफ) ने बड़ी सफलता हासिल की है। टीम ने लॉरेंस विश्नोई-रोहित गोदारा गैंग के सक्रिय बदमाश आदित्य जैन उर्फ टोनी को दुबई से गिरफ्तार किया है। 

वह रोहित गोदारा और लॉरेंस विश्नोई के लिए काम करता था और दुबई से राजस्थान समेत यूपी, हरियाणा, दिल्ली जैसे राज्यों में रोहित एंड कंपनी का काम देखता था। 

विदेशी नंबरों की सिम उपलब्ध कराने से लेकर किसे टारगेट करना है, इन सबकी जिम्मेदारी टोनी संभालता था। एजीटीएफ को काफी समय से उसकी तलाश थी। 

टीम दुबई से आदित्य जैन को लेकर आज सुबह आठ बजे जयपुर एयरपोर्ट पहुंची है। इसके बाद उसे पुलिस मुख्यालय लाया गया है। अब उससे पूछताछ और अनुसंधान किया जाएगा।

गैंगस्टर आदित्य के खिलाफ भी कई मामले दर्ज हैं। अधिकतर रंगदारी समेत अन्य केस हैं। एक केस फायरिंग करने का भी है। उसकी लोकेशन यूएई में मिली थी। उसके बाद एजीटीएफ टीम उसे लेकर जयपुर पहुंची है।

Jagdalpur News: बस्तर जिले के बकावंड ब्लॉक में 5 वीं और 8 वीं बोर्ड परीक्षा के दौरान शिक्षक खुद नकल करवाते पकड़े गए। मामला सामने आने के बाद स्कूल शिक्षा विभाग ने कार्रवाई करते हुए जिला शिक्षाधिकारी को कारण बताओ नोटिस जारी किया है।

Maharashtra: Tractor-Trolley Plunges into Well, Killing 8

A tragic accident has been reported from Nanded district, Maharashtra. On Friday morning, a tractor (Nanded tractor Accident) carrying female labourers from Gunj village, Vasmat taluka, Hingoli, who were going to harvest turmeric in the fields, plunged into a deep well near Kachan Nagar in Alegaon area of Nanded. Eight people have died in this horrific accident, and several others are feared trapped in the well.



The incident occurred between 7:00 and 7:30 am when the tractor carrying the women was heading towards the fields. According to eyewitnesses, the roads were slippery due to rain in the area. The tractor&#8217;s tyre slipped, causing the driver to lose control. The tractor fell directly into a water-filled well. The tractor is completely submerged, with only one tyre visible. Rescue operations are currently underway.

Following the incident, villagers rushed to the spot and informed the local administration. Villagers rescued some people, including one woman, from the well. The survivors reported that several others were still trapped inside the tractor, raising fears that the death toll may increase.

Hingoli and Nanded police teams have reached the scene. Rescue operations are ongoing, but no bodies have yet been recovered, and the tractor remains submerged. A crane has been called to retrieve the tractor and trolley, and other rescue teams are assisting. The exact number of people on the tractor is currently unknown.



The accident has caused widespread panic in the area. All the women were reportedly from Bhuj village, Vasmat taluka, Hingoli district, and regularly used the tractor to travel to nearby villages for turmeric harvesting.

Waqf Bill clears Rajya Sabha after fiery 13-hour debate

Union Minister Kiren Rijiju introduced the Waqf Amendment Bill in the Rajya Sabha on Thursday. After a 13-hour debate, the bill passed with 128 votes in favour and 95 against. 



The Waqf Bill is now one step away from becoming law, requiring only the President&#8217;s assent after receiving parliamentary approval. 



The Lok Sabha had passed the Waqf Amendment Bill on Wednesday with 288 votes in favour and 232 against.



While introducing the bill in the Rajya Sabha, Union Minister Kiren Rijiju stated that no other committee had done as much work on Waqf as the Joint Parliamentary Committee (JPC).

Speaking on the Waqf Amendment Bill in the Rajya Sabha, Union Minister Kiren Rijiju mentioned that just before the implementation of the model code of conduct ahead of the 2014 general elections, on March 5, 2014, the UPA government denotified 123 prime properties and handed them over to the Delhi Waqf Board. These properties belonged to the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs.



Union Minister and BJP President J.P. Nadda stated regarding the Waqf Amendment Bill, &#8220;I stand in support of this bill, and I hope the House will also support it.&#8221; He added that it would support UMEED (Unified Waqf Management Empowerment, Efficiency and Development). The main objective of this bill is to improve the management of Waqf properties through reforms.

Speaking on the Waqf Bill in the Rajya Sabha, Congress MP Syed Naseer Hussain stated, &#8220;You do communal polarisation, and then you accuse us of doing polarisation&#8230;This bill is based on total falsity, and a misinformation campaign has been built in the last 6 months. BJP&#8217;s fake factory is busy spreading misinformation.&#8221;



In the Rajya Sabha, Janata Dal (Secular) leader H.D. Deve Gowda stated regarding the Waqf Amendment Bill that the government has brought it with good intentions and that the property of donors should not be misused.

TMC MP Nadimul Haque stated that the bill includes a condition that a person can only create a Waqf after following Islam for at least five years. He questioned who would certify someone as a Muslim, calling the provision unconstitutional and a violation of Article 14.



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">‘Waqf Bill Violates Articles 25 and 26’</h2>



Congress MP Abhishek Manu Singhvi criticised the Waqf Bill, stating that it prioritises bias over justice, attempting to revoke constitutional rights. He termed it arbitrary actions disguised in legal language, violating Articles 25 and 26 of the Constitution.



Congress MP Imran Pratapgarhi termed the Waqf Bill unconstitutional and urged the government to withdraw it, stating that while the minister portrays it as hopeful for Muslims, it is actually the opposite.



Leader of Opposition in the Rajya Sabha and Congress leader Mallikarjun Kharge stated that the bill has created an atmosphere suggesting it aims to harass minorities. He expressed that if there had been significant changes to the 1995 Act, they would have accepted it. He further criticised the government&#8217;s intentions, warning against the consequences of acting arbitrarily.

Venkatesh Iyer&#39;s jibe at Hyderabad after whirlwind innings against SRH

Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) vice-captain Venkatesh Iyer stated that aggression doesn&#8217;t mean hitting a six every ball, but rather demonstrating the right intent with every delivery, following their impressive 80-run victory over Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) in the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2025 on Thursday.



In the match against SRH, Iyer played a magnificent innings of 60 runs off just 29 balls, including 7 fours and 3 sixes. He played a crucial role in taking KKR to 200 runs at Eden Gardens on Thursday, mirroring a strong start similar to last season&#8217;s final.



When asked about KKR&#8217;s batting approach, Iyer explained, “It&#8217;s important to show aggression. But, while playing, it&#8217;s crucial to focus on your natural game. Iyer added that if their score is 50 for six wickets and they want to call themselves smart cricketers, understanding any situation and reacting accordingly is very important.”



The left-handed batsman clarified that KKR&#8217;s definition of aggression isn&#8217;t about mindlessly hitting boundaries every ball. In 2007, Shahrukh Khan&#8217;s film ‘Om Shanti Om’ was released, considered one of his best films. This film is the reason behind Manoj Kumar&#8217;s anger towards Shahrukh Khan. The film included a parody of Manoj Kumar&#8217;s iconic style of placing his hand on his face, which he strongly disliked.

He believed it was an insult to his dignity. Angered by the parody, Manoj Kumar filed a defamation case against Shahrukh Khan and Farah Khan. This legal dispute garnered significant media attention and caused a stir in the film industry.



Manoj Kumar filed complaints against both Shahrukh Khan and Farah Khan. He demanded an apology from both and requested the removal of the scene from the film. Shahrukh apologised and promised to remove the scene.



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Manoj Kumar said, “I will teach them a lesson”</h2>



However, this promise was broken when the film was released in Japan with the scene intact. Manoj Kumar reacted angrily, stating, “I have been betrayed. I am hurt. I trusted them, but later I found out that the scene remains in the film. Now I must take legal action. I will teach a lesson to anyone who tries to belittle me.”



After some time, the dispute subsided, and Manoj Kumar withdrew the complaint filed against Shahrukh Khan and Farah Khan.

The admission process for classes 2 to 12 (excluding class 11) in Kendriya Vidyalayas (KVs) is underway. Initially an online process, now offline admissions have commenced. Parents can enroll their children in classes from Kindergarten to 12. However, admissions for class 11 will be announced later.



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Kendriya Vidyalaya Issues Notice</h2>



A notice has been issued by the Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan (KVS) regarding admissions. The notification, released on the official KVS website, states: “The list of all registered children, the list of eligible children, the category-wise list of children finally selected for admission, and the waiting list must be displayed on the notice board of the respective Kendriya Vidyalaya. It is also mandatory to share this information on the school website and social media handles such as Facebook and X (formerly Twitter).”
