परिजनों ने जताया हत्या का संदेह, मामले का जल्द खुलासा करने की मांग 
मुंडावर. थाना क्षेत्र के गांव सराय कला में शनिवार दोपहर को बिन्टू प्रजापत के पांच साल का बेटा लोकेश लापता हो गया। परिजनों ने जब उसे खोजा तो उनके घर के पास एक सूने मकान के कमरे में भरे तूड़े में दबा हुआ मृत मिला। बच्चे के गायब होने की सूचना पर समस्त सराय कला गांव में सनसनी फैल गई। 
ग्रामीणों ने बताया कि बच्चे गायब होने की सूचना पर गांव के लोग उसे तलाशने में जुट गए और ग्रामीणों ने एकजुट होकर आस-पास के क्षेत्र में सर्च ऑपरेशन चलाया। बच्चे को गांव की पुरानी हवेलियों एवं खंडहरों में भी तलाश किया लेकिन वह नहीं मिला। इसके बाद लोगों ने गांव के लगे सीसीटीवी के फुटेज भी देखे। लेकिन सीसीटीवी कैमरों में बच्चा कहीं भी नजर नहीं आया। 
इसके बाद प्रजापत मोहल्ले पर फोकस किया। प्रजापत मोहल्ले में सर्च ऑपरेशन करने के दौरान देर शाम को उसके घर के समीप ही इस सूने पड़े मकान की तलाशी ली गई। मकान में कुछ नहीं मिली लेकिन एक कमरे में तूड़ा भरा हुआ था गांव वालों ने उसमें तलाश शुरू की तो बच्चे का शव तूड़े में दबा मिला। तूड़े में शव देख लोगों के होश उड़ गए। इसके बाद लोगों ने तुरंत थाना में इसकी सूचना दी। सूचना पर मौके पर पहुंची पुलिस ने रात्रि को ही शव को अपने कब्जे में ले लिया। वहीं मुंडावर की सामुदायिक अस्पताल की मोर्चरी में रखवा दिया। मृतक के पिता ने बच्चे की हत्या कर शव को तूड़े में दबाने का शक जाहिर कर मामला दर्ज कराया है। मृत मासूम का रविवार को मेडिकल बोर्ड से पोस्टमार्टम कराकर शव परिजनों को सौंप दिया। शव मिलने के बाद परिजनों व बच्चे की मां का रो-रो कर बुरा हाल हो गया। 
10 साल पहले गांव पेहल में हुई ऐसी घटना : मासूम का दोपहर में गायब होना रात्रि को गांव के सुने मकान में क्षत- विक्षत शव मिलने से गांव सदमे में है। ग्रामीणों का कहना है कि 10 साल पहले गांव पेहल में भी दो मासूम दोपहर में गायब हो गए थे। जिसके दूसरे दिन दोनों मासूमो के शव खंडहर में मिले थे। 10 साल बाद ऐसी घटना का सराय कला में होने पर आसपास गांव के लोगों में दहशत बनी हुई है। 
ग्रामीणों ने दुकान 
बंद रख जताया रोष 
 गांव के अधिवक्ता धर्मेंद्र चौधरी, मनोज चौधरी व रवि मीणा का कहना है कि घटना के बाद ग्रामीणों एवं थाना पुलिस का भरपूर सहयोग रहा। लेकिन घटना दुखदाई होने के कारण ग्रामीणों ने अपने प्रतिष्ठान बंद रखकर घटना के खिलाफ रोष जताया। वहीं पुलिस से मांग की है कि बच्चे के हत्यारे का जल्द से जल्द गिरफ्तार किया जाए। जिससे बच्चे के परिजनों को न्याय मिल सके। थाना प्रभारी महावीर शेखावत का कहना है कि प्रथम ²ष्टया लगता है कि मासूम का गला घोटकर हत्या की गई। वहीं उसके बाद बच्चे को तूड़े के कमरे में दबाया गया है। मेडिकल रिपोर्ट आने के बाद ही हत्या का सज खुल सकेगा। थाना प्रभारी ने यह भी बताया कि हत्यारे को शीघ्र ढूंढ कर मामले का जल्द ही पर्दाफाश किया जाएगा। पुलिस मामले में कुछ जनों को संदेह के दायरे में लेकर पूछताछ भी कर रही है।

Kanwar Yatra 2025: सावन में गलताजी के जल भरकर कांवड़िए गाजे-बाजे के साथ भोले बाबा के जयकारे लगाते आगे बढ़ रहे हैं। कांवड़ यात्री भगवान शिव के चरणों में जल चढ़ाएंगे।

 सावन का महीना शुरू होते ही राजधानी जयपुर में कांवड़ यात्राओं की धूम मची है। सावन के महीने में जयपुर के गलता तीर्थ से शहर के विभिन्न मंदिरों के लिए सैकड़ों कांवड़ यात्राएं निकाली जा रही हैं। 

जयपुर का गलताजी भगवान शिव की भक्ति में डूबा हुआ है। यहां निकल रही कावड़ यात्रा में शिवभक्त 'बम बम भोले' के जयकारों के साथ गलताजी के पवित्र जल को लेकर शिव मंदिरों की ओर बढ़ रहे हैं।

भक्तों का उत्साह और आस्था देखते ही बनती है। गलताजी का प्राकृतिक सौंदर्य और आध्यात्मिक माहौल इस यात्रा को और खास बनाता है। यह यात्रा न केवल श्रद्धा का प्रतीक है, बल्कि एकता और समर्पण का भी अनूठा उदाहरण है।

खरगोन. निमाड़ की सांस्कृतिक और धार्मिक विरासत को संजोए हुए चोली गांव में स्थित गौरी सोमनाथ मंदिर प्रदेश का दूसरा सबसे बड़ा शिवलिंग है। मंडलेश्वर से करीब आठ किलोमीटर दूर स्थित यह मंदिर परमारकाल में तालाब के किनारे नागर शैली में निर्मित किया गया था। मंदिर में विराजमान शिवलिंग आठ फीट ऊंचा है, जो इसे विशेष बनाता है। प्रदेश में इससे बड़ा शिवलिंग केवल भोजपुर में है। राज्य पुरातत्व विभाग के संरक्षण में यह मंदिर न केवल धार्मिक रूप से, बल्कि ऐतिहासिक दृष्टि से भी अत्यंत महत्वपूर्ण है। जिला पुरातत्व संग्रहालय अध्यक्ष डॉ. डीपी पांडे के अनुसार होल्कर काल में देवी अहिल्याबाई होल्कर ने मंदिर और तालाब का जीर्णोद्धार करवाया था। मंदिर के गर्भगृह में कृष्ण लीला और राम लीला से संबंधित आकर्षक चित्रांकन भी करवाया गया था।

Panic ensued on the Jammu Tawi Express (train number 19223) this morning when smoke suddenly emerged from its B-1 coach. The incident occurred between the Bathinda-Goniana rail section, as the train departed towards Firozpur at 7:45 AM. The sight of smoke instilled fear among passengers, leading several to jump off the train to save themselves.



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Panic Erupts on Sight of Smoke</h2>



According to eyewitnesses, the sight of smoke billowing from the train&#8217;s coach triggered a stampede among passengers. Upon receiving information, railway staff and officials immediately arrived on the scene and attempted to control the situation. A technical investigation revealed that the smoke resulted from a brake binding issue. Railway staff rectified the technical fault after approximately half an hour&#8217;s effort, after which the train was dispatched to Firozpur.



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">No Casualties Reported</h2>



No casualties have been reported during the incident, however, passengers have demanded that the railway administration conduct regular checks of trains and strengthen safety measures. Railway officials stated that trains undergo periodic checks to prevent such incidents, and a thorough investigation into this matter will be conducted to prevent similar situations in the future.

The Bombay High Court has acquitted all 12 convicts in the 2006 Mumbai serial train bombings, citing a lack of evidence. The court on Monday overturned the death sentences of five convicts and dismissed the Maharashtra government&#8217;s appeal seeking confirmation of the sentences.



On 11 July 2006, seven serial blasts ripped through crowded Mumbai local trains, killing 189 people and injuring over 800. RDX was used in the explosions, and the Indian Mujahideen was blamed for the attacks.



In 2015, a special TADA court convicted 12 out of 15 accused. Five received the death penalty, and seven were given life imprisonment. However, the Bombay High Court overturned the lower court&#8217;s decision, acquitting all and ordering their release from prison.



The court was not satisfied with the evidence and testimonies presented by the prosecution, leading to the acquittal of all 12 convicts. The bench of Justices Anil Kilore and S. Chandak stated that the prosecution&#8217;s evidence lacked a solid foundation. The accused, who were held in Yerwada, Nasik, Amravati, and Nagpur jails in Maharashtra, were presented in court via video conferencing.

A major Goods and Services Tax (GST) fraud case has come to light in India, involving 3,558 fake companies that caused losses exceeding ₹15,851 crore (approximately £1.5 billion) to the government. This was revealed in an investigation conducted by GST officials during the first quarter (April-June 2025) of the current financial year. These companies perpetrated the scam through fraudulent Input Tax Credit (ITC) claims.



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">How the Fraud Occurred?</h2>



The GST system allows companies to claim tax paid on raw material purchases as ITC. The fraudulent companies misused this provision by creating fake invoices without any actual transactions and obtained refunds of thousands of crores of rupees through ITC. According to officials, this scam is 29% higher than last year, when 3,840 companies committed fraud worth ₹12,304 crore in the first quarter.



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Action Taken</h2>



GST officials have so far arrested 53 people in this case and recovered ₹659 crore. However, this amount is significantly less than the total loss. The fact that over 25,000 fake companies were involved in a ₹61,545 crore scam during the previous financial year highlights the seriousness of the problem.



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Government&#8217;s Challenge</h2>



Officials say that the number of fake companies is constantly increasing. The government has taken several steps to curb this, but much work remains to be done. Special drives are being conducted to prevent GST fraud, such as the one launched in May-June 2023, which uncovered a ₹30,000 crore scam across 16 states.



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Expert Advice</h2>



Experts believe that technological improvements in the GST system, stricter monitoring, and the use of data analytics can curb such fraud. The government plans to further strengthen digital tracking and Aadhaar-PAN based verification to prevent such scams in the future.

A major fraud case has come to light in the first quarter of the current financial year, in which 3,558 fake companies caused a loss of over ₹15,851 crore to the government.

Jaipur Weather Update: The rainfall in Jaipur slowed down on Sunday. There was light rain in the morning. After that, there was a mix of cloudy skies and sunshine throughout the day.



According to the meteorological centre, the spell of rain in the city has stopped and is expected to remain so for the coming days. Furthermore, Jaipur has received 102% more rainfall than usual. According to the Water Resources Department, the normal rainfall in Jaipur is 511.93 millimetres. From June 1st to date, the normal rainfall is 189.29 mm, while 383.09 mm of rainfall has been recorded. This means that 102.38% more rain than usual has fallen.

The Meteorological Department has issued a yellow alert for 5 districts today, forecasting the possibility of thunderstorms and lightning in Banswara, Chittorgarh, Dungarpur, Pratapgarh, and Udaipur.

A yellow alert has been issued for heavy rain in Alwar, Baran, and Jhalawar tomorrow, along with thunderstorms and lightning in Bharatpur, Bundi, Dausa, and Kota.



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Future Weather Forecast</h2>



The Meteorological Department says that rainfall activity will decrease over the next 6-7 days. After that, a new system will become active around July 27-28, leading to another spell of heavy to very heavy rainfall.



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Rain Expected in Baran </h2>



In Baran city, sunshine prevailed from Sunday morning, although there was also some movement of light clouds. The maximum temperature rose by one degree to 34 degrees. The minimum temperature also increased by one degree to 28 degrees, leading to a feeling of humidity. 



According to the Meteorological Department, the forecast for the district is partly cloudy with light rain on Monday and Tuesday, cloudy with light rain on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, and normal rainfall on Saturday and Sunday.

India&#8217;s troubles in the five-Test series against England show no signs of abating. After three Tests, India already trails 1-2, and now faces a series of setbacks. 



Reports indicate that Indian fast bowler Arshdeep Singh and pace all-rounder Nitish Kumar Reddy have been ruled out of the Manchester Test due to injury. Fast bowler Akash Deep is also reportedly injured and his participation is uncertain. This raises significant questions about the playing XI ahead of the fourth Test, starting Wednesday, 23 July, for head coach Gautam Gambhir and captain Shubman Gill.

Reports suggest that Nitish Kumar Reddy injured his knee while working out in the gym. Scans have confirmed ligament damage. The injury occurred during training on Sunday. This is a major blow to the Indian team, already struggling with injuries to its fast bowlers, ahead of the fourth Test.

Meanwhile, fast bowler Arshdeep Singh sustained a hand injury while catching the ball during net practice. He has received stitches. The simultaneous injury of three fast bowlers could pose a significant problem for Team India.

Following the injuries to Arshdeep Singh and Akash Deep, Anshul Kamboj, a fast bowler from Karnal, Haryana, has been included in the Indian team. If Nitish Reddy is unavailable due to injury, Shardul Thakur, who played in the Leeds Test but was subsequently dropped from the playing XI for the next two matches, could be given an opportunity.

Rajasthan Roadways: Devotees visiting Khatu Shyam Ji have reason to rejoice. Alwar Depot of Rajasthan Roadways has started a special bus service to cater to the needs of pilgrims. This service operates every Saturday, Sunday, and on Ekadashi.



Traffic Manager Sunil Bhagwati informed that due to Ekadashi falling on the upcoming Monday, the bus will depart from Alwar Depot at 9:00 AM for Khatu Shyam Ji. The return journey will commence from Khatu Shyam Ji at 4:15 PM.



The bus fare is ₹175 for male passengers and ₹95 for female passengers. The aim of this initiative is to provide devotees with affordable, safe, and regular transport. Roadways management has appealed to a large number of devotees to avail this service.

MP News: Vidisha district in Madhya Pradesh has received a significant boost with the approval of 11 Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana (PMGSY) projects. A total of ₹724.9 crore has been sanctioned for these projects. 



According to Geeta Raghuvanshi, the Zila Panchayat President, a proposal for the construction of these roads was earlier sent to the Member of Parliament and the Union Agriculture Minister, Shivraj Singh Chouhan. The funds have been approved based on his recommendation.



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Roads to be constructed in these villages</h2>



The approval of 11 PMGSY roads will benefit over a dozen villages in the district. The sanctioned amount will be used for road construction on the following routes: Panjh to Kirmachi Rusalli, Main Road to Rasoolpur, Kaal Bhairav Mandir to Awas Basti, Dholkhedi to Hinautiya, Lashkarpur Road to Jamaldi, Bhairokhedi Road to Piparhunta Basti, Sherpur Kasba Road to Umarakhedi, Khejda Sultan Road to Awas Basti, Karariya Lashkarpur Road to Jhadaun Basti, Muhana to Awas Basti Muhana, Kashiram Khejda to Mudrakheda, and Adarsh College to Nimkhiria Karar Tapra. These are currently unpaved roads.



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Repair of cremation grounds</h2>



Geeta Raghuvanshi, the Zila Panchayat President, stated that the road construction process will begin soon after receiving approval from the Zila Panchayat&#8217;s general meeting. 



The construction of these roads will provide significant relief to villagers, especially school children. Furthermore, she mentioned that the condition of cremation grounds across urban and rural areas will be assessed using geo-tagging to identify those requiring repairs. 



She has instructed all Gram Panchayats to utilise funds from the 15th Finance Commission and the State Finance Commission to repair existing platforms and tin sheds in cremation grounds and to construct new temporary structures.

Approval granted for roads based on the recommendation of Union Agriculture Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan, with an allocation of ₹724 crore.

While it&#8217;s true that Ajay Devgn met and spoke with Shahid Afridi, this meeting did not take place in 2025. The pictures circulating on social media are from last year&#8217;s inaugural season of the tournament. Devgn, as a co-owner of the tournament, was present in Edgbaston. India won the final against Pakistan during that tournament.
