
<p>A major road accident occurred on Sunday morning in Jalgaon district, Maharashtra. A private luxury bus travelling from Indore, Madhya Pradesh to Bhusaval, Maharashtra, plunged into the Mor River from a bridge near Amoda village. Three people have died, and over 25 passengers are reported injured.</p>



<p>The accident happened around 6 am when the driver lost control of the bus while ascending the bridge. The bus broke through the bridge&#8217;s barriers and fell into the river. Fortunately, the river was dry, preventing greater loss of life.</p>



<p>Local villagers and police immediately arrived at the scene and began rescue operations. The injured were admitted to a nearby private hospital, some in critical condition. The wrecked bus, MP 09-9009, is being recovered using a crane.</p>



<p>Following the accident, questions are being raised about the safety of the bridge over the Mor River and the condition of the road. It is reported that more than 20 accidents have occurred on the Faizpur-Amoda road in the last month. It is alleged that vehicles skid while braking on this road, leading to accidents. Despite the frequent accidents, no concrete measures have been taken. Police have registered a case and an investigation is underway.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Four Killed on Samruddhi Expressway</h2>



<p>Four people, including two women, died after a car collided with a divider on the Samruddhi Expressway in Washim district, Maharashtra. The accident occurred on Thursday night between Wanoja and Karanja. Five members of the same family from Umred, Nagpur district, were returning from Pune in the car. Near channel number 215, the driver lost control, and the car hit the divider. Madhuri and Vaidehi Jayswal died at the scene, while Sangita and Radheshyam Jayswal succumbed to their injuries in hospital. The driver was injured in the accident.</p>

<p>Due to ongoing work at Gorakhpur Junction station, the Central Railway has temporarily altered the destinations of two major trains originating from Lokmanya Tilak Terminus (LTT) in Mumbai: the Godan Express (11055/11056) and the LTT Superfast Express (20103/20104). These trains will now terminate at Gonda and Azamgarh respectively, instead of Gorakhpur.</p>

<p>Train 11055 (LTT-Gorakhpur) will now run to Gonda until 7 December 2025. Departing LTT at 10:55 AM, it will arrive in Gonda at 11 PM the next day. Conversely, train 11056 will now depart from Gonda instead of Gorakhpur. Departing Gonda at 3:10 AM, it will reach LTT at 3:30 PM the following day.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Superfast Express to Run to Azamgarh</h2>



<p>Train 20103 (LTT-Gorakhpur) will now run to Azamgarh until 5 December 2025. Departing LTT at 5:23 AM, it will reach Azamgarh at 3:15 PM the next day.</p>



<p>Similarly, train 20104 will depart from Azamgarh until 6 December 2025. Departing at 6:50 PM, it will arrive at LTT at 4:35 AM on the third day.</p>

<p>Four people died in a tragic road accident in Kullu district, Himachal Pradesh, on Sunday, while one person sustained serious injuries. The accident occurred near Rohtang Pass in Rahinnala when a car skidded off the road and plunged into a deep gorge.</p>

<p><strong>Indian Navy Recruitment 2025:</strong> Youth preparing for jobs in the Indian Navy have a golden opportunity. The Navy has announced a large number of recruitments for various posts under Group ‘C’. The application process for filling a total of 1100 vacancies began on 5 July 2025. Interested candidates can apply online through the official portal joinindiannavy.gov.in until 18 July 2025. A total of 1100 posts will be filled through this recruitment drive. Different eligibility criteria and age limits have been set for different posts.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Educational Qualifications and Age Limit</h2>



<p>Candidates for these posts should have a 10th, 12th, or Graduation degree. The required qualifications vary depending on the post. All candidates are advised to carefully read the official notification before applying.</p>

Indian Navy Announces 1100 Vacancies: 10th, 12th, and Graduate Level Positions

<p><strong>Working Hours:</strong> The Telangana government has permitted a 10-hour workday in industries and factories within the state. However, this rule will not apply to shops, malls, and other retail establishments. The aim of this decision is to boost industrial investment and production in the state. A maximum weekly working limit of 48 hours has also been set to ensure overtime payments.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Overtime and Breaks Mandatory</h2>



<p>The order from the Labour and Employment Ministry clarifies that if a company makes employees work 10 hours a day, it is mandatory to provide all necessary facilities. A minimum 30-minute lunch break during work is mandatory. If an employee works more than 48 hours a week, overtime payment must be made.</p>



<p>However, the order also clarifies that even with overtime, no employee can be made to work more than 12 hours a day. Similarly, the total working hours in a quarter cannot exceed 144 hours.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Provision for Fines on Rule Violations</h2>



<p>If a company violates these new rules, it may be fined. The Telangana government has taken this decision with the aim of improving the industrial environment in the state and attracting investment. The new rule will come into effect from 8 July.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Human Rights Experts Raise Questions</h2>



<p>However, human rights organisations and labour welfare experts have questioned this decision. They argue that in a country like India, where violations of workers&#8217; rights are common, the provision of long shifts could increase the exploitation of employees. Experts say that companies often do not keep records of working hours and look for excuses to avoid paying overtime. In such a scenario, workers may be pressured to work longer hours and may be forced to do more work for the same wages.</p>


<p>The Ministry of Labour and Employment has clarified in its order that if a company makes employees work 10 hours a day, it will be mandatory to provide them with all necessary amenities. A 30-minute lunch break during work is mandatory.</p>

UGC NET 2025 Answer Key Released


<p>The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the UGC NET Answer Key 2025. All candidates who appeared in the examination can now check their answer key by visiting the official website, <a href="ugcnet.nta.ac.in">ugcnet.nta.ac.in</a>. To view the answer key, candidates will need to log in using their application number and date of birth. Along with the answer key, the NTA has also released the candidates&#8217; response sheets and question papers.</p>



<p>Candidates who believe that the answer to any question in the answer key is incorrect can raise objections through the objection window from 6 July 2025 to 8 July 2025. A non-refundable fee of ₹200 will be charged for each objection raised. The objections raised by the candidates will be checked by a panel of subject matter experts. The final answer key will be prepared based on the opinion of the subject matter experts, and the results will be declared accordingly.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Exam Dates</h2>



<p>The UGC NET June 2025 examination was conducted from 25 June 2025 to 29 June 2025. This examination was conducted in two shifts in computer-based test (CBT) mode. The first shift was from 9 am to 12 pm, and the second shift was from 3 pm to 6 pm. This examination is conducted for 85 subjects. This exam determines eligibility for Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) and Assistant Professor positions in universities and higher education institutions across the country. It is also important for admission to PhD programs. The UGC NET examination is held twice a year.</p>

<p><strong>Mohammed Siraj&#8217;s 6-Wicket Haul:</strong> The third day&#8217;s play in the second Test between India and England at Edgbaston has concluded. India reached 64/1 in their second innings, with KL Rahul on 28 and Karun Nair on 7 not out. India had a first-innings lead of 180 runs, giving them an overall lead of 244 runs. Earlier, Mohammed Siraj produced a stellar performance on the third day, taking 6 wickets to restrict England to 407. Siraj&#8217;s performance created history, making him the first bowler in 32 years to achieve a 6-wicket haul in this match.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Siraj Creates History on English Soil</h2>



<p>Mohammed Siraj became the fifth Indian fast bowler after Amar Singh, Chetan Sharma, Ishant Sharma, and Bhuvneshwar Kumar to take a five-wicket haul in England. He also became the first visiting bowler to take a 6-wicket haul at Edgbaston since 1993. This is Siraj&#8217;s fourth five-wicket haul and his second-best bowling performance after his 6-15 against South Africa in Cape Town in 2024.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Siraj Takes Four, Akash Deep Four</h2>



<p>England&#8217;s first innings ended at 407. Resuming on 77/3, they lost five wickets for 84 runs. Jamie Smith and Harry Brook then added 303 runs for the sixth wicket, rescuing England from a precarious position and avoiding the follow-on.</p>

<p>He scored 28 runs off 22 balls, including six fours, before falling to Josh Tongue. Thereafter, India scored only 13 runs in 32 balls. Rahul is currently batting on 28 runs off 38 balls, including six fours. Karun Nair is unbeaten on 7 off 18 balls. The team score is 64/1.</p>

<p>The Indian government has reduced toll rates by up to 50% on sections of National Highways (NH) where bridges, tunnels, flyovers, or elevated roads are present. Toll collection on National Highways is governed by the National Highways Fee Rules, 2008. The Ministry of Road Transport and Highways amended these rules and issued a new notification on Wednesday. This will result in lower toll charges for drivers travelling long distances.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Significant Benefits for Long-Distance Travellers</h2>



<p>According to the new rules, if these structures (bridges, tunnels, flyovers, or elevated roads) are present on highways, the toll will be calculated in two ways. First, by multiplying the length of the structure by ten and adding it to the length of the other road, or second, by multiplying the entire length of the structure by five. The lower of the two will be the basis for calculating the toll. This rule will benefit expressway or long-distance travellers the most.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Illustrative Example</h2>



<p>For instance, if the total length of a National Highway structure is 40 kilometres and it is entirely a structure (such as a tunnel or flyover), the new calculation would be: 10 × 40 = 400 kilometres and 5 × 40 = 200 kilometres. The lower value (200 kilometres) will now be used as the basis for calculating the toll. This means that in this situation, the toll fee will be reduced by up to 50%.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Previous System</h2>



<p>Under the previous rules, travellers had to pay ten times the toll on sections with these structures. The intention was to recover the cost of these expensive construction projects. An NHAI official stated that the new rule has been introduced due to its impact on the public&#8217;s finances.</p>


<p>The government has reduced toll rates by up to 50% on sections of national highways that include bridges, tunnels, or flyovers. This will benefit long-distance travellers.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">How to Download the Admit Card</h2>



<p>First, go to ikounivadm.samarth.edu.in.</p>



<p>On the homepage, click on the ‘UG Entrance Admit Card 2025’ or ‘Download Admit Card’ link.</p>



<p>The login page will now open, where you should enter your registered email ID, password, and captcha code.</p>



<p>Press the ‘Login’ button.</p>



<p>Your admit card will appear on your screen. Check it, download it, and take a printout.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Important Instructions</h2>



<p>It is mandatory to bring your admit card and a valid identity document such as an Aadhaar card, voter ID, or driving licence on the day of the examination.</p>



<p>Candidates must arrive at the centre at least 30 minutes before the start of the examination.</p>



<p>No electronic devices such as mobile phones, smartwatches, etc., will be allowed in the examination centre.</p>

<p>Patrika Harit Pradesh Abhiyan: अमृत जलमं के साथ ही हर साल देशभर में चलाया जाने वाला पत्रिका का हरित प्रदेश अभियान शनिवार को कई राज्यों में एक साथ शुरू हुआ। इस श्रृंखला में छत्तीसगढ़ में रायपुर के नालंदा परिसर से पौधे लगाकर अभियान का आगाज किया।</p>

<p>श्री दादाजी भक्तों के लिए सारे दर्द की एक ही दवा है, श्री दादाजी नाम। सैकड़ों किमी नंगे पांव पैदल सफर, पूरे शरीर में दर्द, पैरों में छाले, लेकिन होंठों पर दादाजी नाम हर दर्द को भूला रहा है। गुरु पूर्णिमा पर महाराष्ट्र, छिंदवाड़ा, बैतूल, पांढुर्ना सहित अन्य शहरों से निशान, रथ यात्राएं खंडवा पहुंचने लगी है। </p>


खंडवा. कंचन नगर भंडारिया रोड से क्षेत्रवासियों ने निशान यात्रा निकाली। दादाजी नाम भजते हुए श्री समाधि पर निशान अर्पित किए गए। 

खंडवा. अग्रवाल समाज द्वारा अग्रवाल धर्मशाला से निशान यात्रा निकाली गई। बड़ी संख्या में महिलाएं डे्रस कोड में शामिल हुईं।

खंडवा. धाकड़ माहेश्वरी समाज ने सराफा शीतला माता मंदिर के पास माहेश्वरी धर्मशाला से निशान लेकर समाजजन श्री दादाजी धाम पहुंचे।

खंडवा. आनंद नगर मातृ शक्ति ने निशान यात्रा निकाली। दादाजी नाम जपते हुए महिलाएं श्री दादाजी धाम पहुंची और निशान अर्पित किए।

खंडवा. श्री बीसा लाड़ समाज द्वारा इंदिरा चौक स्थित धर्मशाला से निशान यात्रा निकाली गई। बड़ी संख्या में महिला, पुरुष निशान यात्रा में शामिल रहे।

खंडवा. सरमेश्वर कॉलोनी सिविल लाइन की मातृशक्ति ने निशान यात्रा निकाली। ढोल की थाप पर दादाजी नाम जपते हुए धाम पहुंची।
